Being human we usually take things for granted till it's gone. So foolish.

I'm seriously old. Met up with Colin for dinner and drinks last night. Crashed at 4am and my eyes were wide open at 9.30am. Fuck man! Then I got the flu as I was coming into office and only after some food, a flu tablet, some water and a quickie snooze, I'm feeling right and well again.

This just goes to show that when you are old, even if your face does not show it, your body has a way of telling you "YOU'RE OLD BITCH!"

Sigh. The unforgiving sands of time...
