I finally plucked up enough courage (with the help of my 2 best babes!),to get the tattoo I've always wanted!!!

I know the 2nd pic looks abit off coz Miss Orange Tan Yichen wanted me to do a pose ala Miami Ink.Turned out looking uncomfy instead.Lol.

For those pips who are looking to get a tattoo too,please make sure you really really want the particular design you have chosen coz it's gonna stay on you for the rest of your life.It must represent you and not just your present situation.Like my scorpion on a chain. The chain represents the chain I always have on,a present from my mum many years ago.Believe it or not I have never took it off since,not even when I bathe or go to bed.I attempted to a couple of times to put on other costume jewellery and guess what?I would be off kilter the entire day without it. Somehow or other it has come to stand for my feminity becoz with my mum,I'm always her little princess,no matter how much we bicker.Can't say the same with my dad la.I'm a devil in his eyes.Haha...

The scorpion represents the egoistic side of me.The masculine persona.If you look carefully,you will realise that the chain is made to look like it's coming out from beneath my skin.That's to represent the toughness of my soul.

So the entire tattoo reads "I'm still a lady,will always be one.But if you try to be funny,I will not hesitate to sting."

My tattooist,Randy,asked me the reason behind my intended design and when I told him it's coz I work in a male dominated society and seem to get bullied due to my size and age,the first thing he guessed was shipping.I knew it!

And for those who are scared of the pain,it's nothing much really.For me the outline was a little more uncomfortable then the shading.But once he starts shading the bigger areas,it feels like sand paper rubbing over the same spot of skin for 10-20 times.Not really pain.More sore then anything else.

All in all,I took it well.Even Randy said so.And Orange.Haha...And trust me,tattooing IS addictive.Coz now I'm already thinking of the next one I wanna get.

I must must must put up the pictures I took when I was at New Asia Bar a couple of weeks back.My goodness the scenery,especially at night,is so beautiful.I never knew the night scene of Singapore from 71 storeys high could be so wondrous.Take a look.

When night fell and the lights came on...

So cool right?I so wanna go back there again sia...drinks are pretty good too.

A few weeks ago I went to T3 with Joy to attend Orange's SPH Fashion Show.On the way back in a cab,I managed to capture this photo of the Singapore Flyer.

Doesn't it resemble a UFO of sorts?Haha...Really pretty where I saw it.

On Saturday,Joy,Orange and myself went on a huan dao zui zui zui around Orchard,Robertson Walk,Geylang and not forgetting,Bedok.Why Bedok you might wonder?Since none of us lives in Bedok.Please refer to the following for the breakdown of Saturday night's activities:

6pm - Jurong Point to pick the 2 ladies up.

7.45pm - Reached Cineleisure to book Wii for later.

8.30pm - To Far East Plaza for tattoo design shopping.

9.45pm - Robertson Walk for dinner at Aburiya.So damn good and so worth everypenny!We even had Wagyu!Thus happened the power of three!

11.30pm - Dinner done,we drove back to Cineleisure to play Wii for 2 hours.

2am - Orange cannot dong already.Me and Joy wanna go dbl O for awhile coz it's playing RnB there.

4am - Left dbl O.Drove to Geylang with Orange snoring away in the back seat.

4.45am - Bought dim sum from 126.Went in search of a petrol station.

5.30am - Already all the way up to Changi but still no sight of a petrol station.Joy calls Tracy sis to enquire and we finally find one.

6am - Have sent Orange home with her 2 dim sums and am at Joy's place downstairs, in the backseat of the car,eating our dim sum and gossiping.

6.30am - Eyes cannot open already so decided to call it a night.

Thus ends our exciting journey around Singapore in a day.Lol.

Ok la I need to go eat my McFlurry.Buaiz!
